* <mark style="color:orange;">**Intentionally crashing**</mark> into emergency personnel or their vehicles.
* <mark style="color:orange;">**Stealing**</mark>**&#x20;a car** and driving it directly to police to get their attention.
* <mark style="color:orange;">**Creating false emergencies**</mark> or disturbances to provoke a response.
* <mark style="color:orange;">**Consistently evading**</mark> or taunting police while committing other offenses.
